Trustee Services Limited (TSL) is a multi-state logistical support team focused on providing comprehensive real property management for non-profits. We act as custodians of the estate for non-cash gifts in working as fiduciary for Planned Giving Officials. Trustee Services Limited is licensed in twenty-five states and maintains a network of industry specialists, zoning & entitlement professionals, developers and donor relationships across the country.

What We Do

TSL specializes in assisting charities with real property management responsibilities of trust assets for the benefit of both the donor and the charity. Whether the property is used for Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT) donor purposes, or simply a donation to the charity, TSL streamlines the process of real property donations and evaluates the donation and the diverse circumstances of each asset from the preliminary donation phase to the point of sale.
