William Kleiser has over 20 years of construction and property preservation experience, as CEO of Priority One Preservation Inc., managing bank owned properties for most major banks, Including Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, One West Bank, Ditech and contracted with several major national property preservation companies.  Priority One Preservation Inc is  a full service property preservation/maintenance company and has serviced over half a million properties since it's inception in 2007 and prides itself on quality and turn times understanding the importance of providing fast quality service in this industry. Field services range from weekly property maintenance to full rehab services.
