David Lane

David L. Lane is our Executive Director at Trustee Services Limited.  He comes to us with an extensive background in defining project scope, budget, and schedule.  Trained to identify, assess, and manage project risks with the authority to allocate necessary resources to ensure risk reduction. Responsible to ensure the coordination of multi-state property management, field logistical staffing/support requirements and meet client expectations. He functions as the liaison between project team and clients to provide awareness of financial and schedule status and to ensure client intent is adhered to.  David served over 20 years in the United States Marine Corp where he commanded at the Squadron and Task Force level.  He led a 1000 person organization and was responsible for the management of $960 million in assets and resources while deployed under our Nation’s Flag.  He has served in Somalia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan.  David served most recently over the skies of Syria-Iraq as the Crisis-Response Aviation Combat Element Squadron Commander before retiring in the fall of 2016.  He currently resides in Carlsbad, CA with his lovely wife of 17 years and their son.
