A native of Southern California, James leverages his expertise and relationships to develop and execute strategic public affairs and public policy campaigns for his clients. Formerly a Policy Advisor at the City of San Diego, James was responsible for advising on significant policy issues related to transportation, budget, and land use while also serving the 43,000 residents of Pacific Beach. James graduated with Greek Honors from the University of California San Diego earning his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

In addition to his professional achievements, James has earned numerous merits for his sportsmanship and skill throughout his career in Junior A ice hockey. When James isn’t at the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping with his wife and dog, and surfing Tourmaline beach.
