Marian Anthony began his real estate career in 2001 in commercial and private banking, obtaining a Broker license and creating Anthony Realty Group in 2007, managing over 50 agents in southern California. Mr. Anthony has extensive experience appraising unique and rare property of all types not limited commercial, agricultural, residential, vacant land, etc. Mr. Anthony has developed a risk-reduction system for screening real estate gifts for non-profit clients including thorough valuations, entitlements, environmental assessments, title research, zoning, private deeds restrictions, encumbrances, subterranean mineral rights, easements, infill development etc. Marian prides himself on giving his clients the most precise feedback on market conditions, trends, relevant market data and property values, providing a realistic outlook on what the client can expect to achieve in todays market. Marian extensive experience in project management ranging from preliminary planning and engineering to project completion, is fundamental in evaluating quotes, conditions, trade, cost overhead and avoiding unnecessary expenditures. Mr. Anthony, a Marine Corps Veteran, is the published author of Short Sale Rush 2009 – trailing the symptoms and conditions of the housing collapse. Marian has comprehensive experience in negotiating and closing transactions in multiple states pertaining to commercial development, mergers & acquisitions, settlements, entitlements, property management, property sales, marketing and donor relations. Having negotiated real property transactions in multiple states, Marian is familiar with ongoing revised statues and nuances within each state’s constitution, civil codes and real property laws.  Marian received primary education at the Linsly Academy, WV est. 1814, and tutelage by his father Dr. Marian S. Professor of Philosophy Penn State (1972-1982), Marine Corps Institute, Grossmont College, and later Allied Business Schools. Mr. Anthony is the acting general agent for Hillsdale College, maintaining and improving the donation platform by managing charitable real estate gifts in multiple markets.
